Hello, Ayubowan, Kia Ora,

I am from Sri Lanka and immigrated here to Aotearoa in 1999. I have lived in Auckland for the past 24 years. In Sri Lanka I worked as a Montessori teacher and have more than 10 years experience in Early Childhood teaching in NZ.

I took a break to raise my two daughters, now 13 and 17 years old. My husband is a senior quantity surveyor and we live close by.

I am passionate about educating children and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with them.

Being an early childhood teacher is highly fulfilling for me. I am creative, compassionate, patient, and dedicated to my profession and very proud to be a teacher at Uptown Kids.
