I come from China and I have been living in Auckland with my family for more than four years. My wife and I have a son who is 14 years old. We are all enjoying work and studying here. I am fluent in Mandarin.

I am a qualified teacher with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education). I also have a Master’s Degree in Applied Management and a current First Aid certificate.

I believe all children are the owners of their learning. I treasure this job and enjoy working with children. I am proud of using my knowledge and skills to cultivate your children's interests in learning and encourage and assist them to achieve their potential.

I would also like to mention that this is a very emotional and special moment for us, as Alyssa entered Uptown Kids when she was only 6-month-old. When I came to visit the facilities, we were greeted by the sweetest 5-year-old girl, who welcomed Alyssa and me with a big smile. She showed us around with such grace, passion, confidence, and enthusiasm that I was immediately captivated. From that moment, I knew Uptown Kids was exactly what I wished for Alyssa: a place where she could develop her personality, curiosity, confidence, friendships, and love of learning. Today, I can see how she has grown happy and learned all the incredible attributes of that stunning little girl who captivated me on the very first date. This has only been possible thanks to your vision and the wonderful team who, throughout the years, have walked alongside her, taught her, and cared for her with so much dedication and love.
